Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CodingEnvironment ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

CodingEnvironment provides personal productivity tools, data analytics applications, and portfolio services. The Service is operated by Jason T. Cole and is provided "as is" for personal and professional use.

Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Google API Integration

The Service may use Google APIs to provide features such as email and calendar management. By authorizing Google API access:

• You grant the Service access only to the specific Google data scopes you explicitly authorize
• The Service will use your Google data solely to provide the requested features
• Your Google data will not be shared with third parties or used for advertising
• You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
• Upon revocation, the Service will cease accessing your Google data and delete cached tokens

Google API usage complies with Google's API Terms of Service and the CodingEnvironment Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or malicious content

Intellectual Property

All content on CodingEnvironment — including text, code, designs, and logos — is owned by Jason T. Cole unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute content from this site without written permission. Your own data that you upload or create within the Service remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jason T. Cole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jason T. Cole from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
